研究方向

生物信息學;計算生物學;群體遺傳學;分子進化。

主要通過生物信息學方法,圍繞線粒體基因組(mitochondrial DNA)進行人類進化遺傳學和群體遺傳學研究,涉及以下幾個方麵:1)人群的擴張、遷徙和所受到自然選擇作用等進化曆史;2)線粒體DNA變異人類表型和疾病中的作用;3跨物種線粒體DNA分子進化研究;4)核基因組中線粒體DNA插入序列研究。


個人簡介

2006年於複旦大學生命科學學院獲得生物技術學士學位,2012年於複旦大學獲得遺傳學博士學位。2012-2018於複旦大學從事科研助理和博士後研究。2018年起於複旦大學生命科學學院任職青年副研究員。

主持國家自然科學基金委青年科學基金項目和麵上項目。
