個人簡介

女,博士,副教授,博士研究生導師。1992年獲得武漢大學理學學士學位,2003年獲得福建師範大學理學碩士學位,2006年獲天津科技大學工學博士學位。2006-2008年進入複旦大學生命科學博士後流動站從事研究。2009年至今,複旦大學生命科學學院工作。2013-2014年,多倫多大學醫學院,訪問學者。主要從事病原微生物分子遺傳學的相關研究。


研究方向

應用分子生物學與遺傳學、微生物學、生物信息學、免疫學等技術手段,研究結核病相關的細菌毒力機製及其基因調控網絡;研究結核潛伏感染過程中病原-宿主互作機製;構建驗證新型抗結核BCG疫苗、亞單位疫苗並探索免疫機製。在此基礎上發掘結核病分子診斷標識或藥物靶標、新型抗結核疫苗。


獲獎情況

全國大學生生命科學創新創業大賽,指導教師一等獎。2017年。
